Return & Exchange Policy

  • According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers are entitled to the rights and benefits of a 7-day product appreciation period. The appreciation period lasts for 7 days (including public holidays) starting the day after the consumer completes the receipt of the product and ends on the 7th day.

  • If you need to return or exchange a product, please do so within the 7-day appreciation period. If the appreciation period exceeds 7 days (including public holidays), return and exchange services cannot be provided.

  • Please maintain the integrity of the original product and the contents of the original packaging. If the product is incomplete or the packaging is damaged, the return or exchange service will not be accepted.

  • If the product received is defective or damaged, please fill out the request on the "Return and Exchange Request" page of the transaction record within 7 days of receiving the product, or contact the customer service staff directly. We fully guarantee your purchasing rights.

  • For the return and exchange process, please cover the shipping costs and return the goods yourself, and be sure to keep the delivery receipt for future reference.

  • If you have already obtained a paper invoice, please return it along with the product.

  • When processing an exchange, after confirming that the returned goods are eligible for exchange, your exchanged goods will be sent within approximately 3 to 5 business days.

  • When processing returns, after confirming that the returned products are eligible for return, a refund will be issued within approximately 7 business days.​​

  • For product exchanges, you may only replace the "originally purchased product of the same item."

  • If the returned product was part of a promotional offer in the order (e.g., free shipping, combined products, etc.), all products from the entire order must be returned, and partial returns will not be accepted.

  • Please think carefully before placing an order. If goods are frequently returned and exchanged in a malicious manner, or if goods are damaged due to personal factors and deliberate difficulties are created to request replacements, please understand that the company will not be able to provide return and exchange services.
